Return Policy

BooYah Baby is committed to offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your purchase or give you a store credit (shipping costs are excluded) within 21 days of purchase. In order to process a return or exchange, all Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchange/Return guidelines

E-mail your exchange/return request to returns@booyahbaby.com. Please let us know if you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the e-mail. Returns/exchanges must be processed within 21 days of purchase

The items listed below are not eligible to be returned:

Items discounted for clearance or final sale
Items purchased from one of our retail locations*
Items that have been used, washed or altered in any way
* BooYah Baby only accepts returns for products purchased at the BooYahBaby.com web site.

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address.
